Participation in the prize game is free and independent of any requirement to purchase goods or services. Among all competition entries, the drawing of lots ensures the principle of randomness. A cash alternative or transferability to other persons is excluded. The winner will be notified in writing. If the winner does not confirm to THERMOTEX the receipt of notification within 14 days, entitlement to the prize shall be forfeited. The same process will be used to find a substitute prize winner.

The prize game is open to all persons over the age of 18. Necessary requirement for participation in the prize game is the truthful provision of personal information regarding the participant. Employees of THERMOTEX NAGEL GmbH and THERMOTEX EUROPE AG are excluded from participation.
