In digital textile labeling, RFID tags are the basis for efficient textile management, because they ultimately ensure optimized hygiene standards and safe applications. The small yet indispensable chips are available in different forms and variants. Recently, our UHF embroidery tags have been certified according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This means that the tags have been tested for harmful substances and are therefore harmless to health. The test was carried out by one of the independent OEKO-TEX® institutes on the basis of the extensive catalog of criteria. Regular measures are taken to ensure lasting quality.
THERMOTEX high-quality tags are specially designed for use in laundries, which provides them with a unique identification number. The chips are the key to the database to access the contained data about the carrier, the number of previous washing cycles and washing requirements. The tags are extremely resistant to industrial washing, suitable for industrial ironer and are suitable for both sewing and heat sealing. The housing of the small tags is correspondingly robust, protecting them from the detergents, pressure and temperatures that prevail in laundries.
